Pricing

Delivery
GreenSecrets holds stock in the United Kingdom and aims to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours of order confirmation.
UK Delivery
We currently offer free standard delivery on all UK orders.
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days following dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on location, courier performance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
International Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated delivery times for international orders are displayed at checkout and within our Delivery Policy.
Any applicable delivery charges will be added to your order before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can use this information to monitor your delivery and, where available, make alternative delivery arrangements directly with the courier.

Split Deliveries

Where an order contains multiple items, products may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Pre-Orders
From time to time, GreenSecrets may offer selected products for pre-order before stock becomes available.
Full payment will be taken at the time the pre-order is placed in order to reserve stock for you.

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

All bedding dimensions are based on UK standard sizing and are provided to the nearest centimetre.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at:
