If your order is not quite right, we're here to make the returns process as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Your Consumer Rights
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by our returns policy.
If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or develops a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will work with you to put things right.
Change of Mind Returns
If you've changed your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging
• Returned with all tags attached
• In a resalable condition
Hygiene & Bedding Products
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of bedding products that have been used, washed, slept on, or returned without their original packaging.
This includes:
• Duvet Covers
• Fitted Sheets
• Flat Sheets
• Pillowcases
• Duvets
• Pillows
Your statutory rights relating to faulty products remain unaffected.
Faulty or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of every GreenSecrets product.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of purchase.

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs where possible
Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund.
How to Return an Item
1. Visit our Returns Portal.
2. Complete the returns request.
3. Print your returns label (Mainland UK only).
4. Include your completed Returns Form inside the parcel.
5. Securely package and send your item back to us.
If you need assistance at any stage, our Customer Care team will be happy to help.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are normally processed within 2–5 working days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make funds available in your account.
All refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
International Returns
International customers are welcome to return eligible items in line with this policy.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
