We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 60-day product warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults such as stitching defects, faulty zips, fabric flaws, or workmanship issues under normal domestic use and where care instructions have been followed.

No, there is no need to wash your bedding before using them when you buy them newly.
Usually people are advised to wash sheet before the first use because manufacturers often use synthetics, irritants and harsh chemicals during their production. GreenSecrets bedding contains no harmful chemical

Many of our products are independently tested and certified to recognised international standards, including OEKO-TEX® certification where applicable.
To ensure fast and reliable service, we hold stock in the UK and dispatch orders directly from our UK fulfilment centre, allowing most orders to be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please use our Returns Portal to initiate a return.
Yes.
Although TENCEL™ is derived from eucalyptus wood, the finished fabric contains none of the natural eucalyptus scent or oils. What remains is an exceptionally soft, breathable, and skin-friendly fibre designed for comfort and better sleep.
Yes, they are absolutely safe for animals. Our Eucalyptus fibers are unscented. The allergens and scent have been removed during the creation process and therefore makes bedding made from Eucalyptus Lyocell safe for animals
Sizes and Fit
We offer Single, Double, and King sizes across all collections and bundle types. Please check our Size Guide for exact measurements.

Materials
Everyday (Brushed Microfiber) is our entry-level range. Signature (Cotton) is our mid-range. Green Secret (Tencel) is our premium sustainable luxury tier. Visit our Materials Guide for a full comparison.
Yes. Tencel Lyocell is made from sustainably sourced wood pulp using a closed-loop process that recycles water and solvents. Our Tencel products are OEKO-TEX certified.
Shipping
Standard UK delivery takes 3-5 working days. Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays are typically dispatched the same day.
Yes. All UK orders over GBP50 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders under GBP50 are charged at a flat rate.
Returns
Use our Returns Portal at /pages/returns. You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Fill in the form and we will email you return instructions within 1 business day.
Refunds are processed within 40 days of us receiving your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
