At GreenSecrets, we understand that once you've chosen your perfect bedding, you'll want it delivered as quickly as possible.
UK Delivery
We offer FREE UK Express Delivery on all orders over £50.
Orders under £50 are charged a flat delivery fee of £4.95.
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day, arriving within 1 to 2 working days on UK Mainland.

Bedding sizes vary from country to country.
Before placing your order, please refer to our Size Guide to ensure you select the correct size for your bed and bedding requirements.
Delivery Tracking
We work with trusted courier partners, including DPD, to provide a reliable and convenient delivery experience.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email and/or SMS, allowing you to monitor your delivery every step of the way.
Depending on your location and courier service, you may be able to:
• View a live delivery tracking window
• Rearrange your delivery date
• Redirect your parcel to a neighbour
• Leave your parcel in a designated safe place
• Collect your parcel from a local pickup point
Delivery Information
• Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added during checkout.
• Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days within the UK and within 3–9 working days for most international destinations.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including customs delays, adverse weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand.
• Where possible, we will keep you informed of any significant delays affecting your order.
• A signature may be required upon delivery.
• Orders scheduled for delivery on a public holiday may be delivered on the next available working day.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
Please note that orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, GreenSecrets has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount that may be payable.
